The location was amazing and the staff members were helpful. The breakfast at the place was excellent freshly cooked with a fine view of the harbour.

Our food for continental breakfast was good and all the stuff where affable and attentive. The location was perfect and lovely, to a local restaurant which was very nice and the interior design was unique. Visited The Yardhouse for a few drinks, it was relatively near the hotel, recommend.

The hotel provided excellent amenities such as free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The service from the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi which allowed us to stay connected.

As close to the sea as you could get, the beautiful bay in Bembridge allowed us to feel a touch of nature. the room was luxurious, with thoughtful extras, including a fridge and Jacuzzi bath. the service was top-notch and breakfast was amazing, with freshly cooked pastries. the communal lounge and sundeck were lovely, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We did encounter some noise from the busy road outside the room that disturbed our restful stay.

our stay at houseboat harbourside view was simply exceptional. from the moment we arrived, tony and diane made us feel incredibly welcome. the houseboat itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with stunning views over the solent. the attention to detail was impressive, and tony's breakfast was absolutely delicious. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
